  1. Great list, Laura! Thank you for creating it. My picture book, One Million Men and Me (Just Us Books, 2007), is appropriate for elementary school children too. I'll miss being at the conference this year. But I hope everyone has a great time. I look forward to the next one.

  2. There are a whole slew of books from NC authors for this age range. Don't forget Stephen Messer, WINDBLOWNE or John Claude Bemis, NINE POUND HAMMER. Oh and what about Niki Schoenfeldt, NATURE'S LULLABY? I can't believe you forgot your fellow Barracuda! Geez.

  3. State of Reservations will be in the basket with accompany study guide on CD (which is more for the teacher - lol), and Train of Clues (the 2nd place winning story that started the whole series will be in the basket too; this one is self-published using createspace.com as my printer). Thanks for listing this - E ;)

  4. Just popping around to your blog. It was so nice to meet you today. It's nice to have a writing buddy in W-S. When you follow the link to my blog, the one you'll want is Lotus Rising. The others are private.
